size dismorphia

well getting breast implants have changed my views on boob and cups. I did not imagine that a C cup would look gigantic comapaired to a FF cup until i learned about band size. a 30FF looks tiny like itty bitty compared to a women who is a 36C. Like wait what?
Cup sizes are in proportion to back sizes, they are not consistent across body size, for example 34C doesn’t have the same size cup as a 36C or 32C. A 36C is the same size as 34D but on a larger frame. so if you come in wanting a D DD you have to find what that would look like on your frame. If your band is only 28 and your a 28 D your boobs are smaller than a 36A! Dont get stuck on just cup size ladies you can be a FF J even (A FREAKIN J! and still be smaller than someone that has a smaller cup but bigger band

28D is a 30C is a 32B is a 34A so a 34A is the same bust as a 28D
28DD 30D 32C 34B 36A
28E 30DD 32D 34C 36B 38A
28F 30E 32DD 34D 36C 38B 40A
28FF 30F 32E 34DD 36D 38C 40B
28G 30FF 32F 34E 36DD 38D 40C
28H 30G 32FF 34F 36E 38DD 40D
28J 30H 32G 34FF 36F 38E 40DD
28J 30I 32H 34G 36FF 38F 40E
28JJ 30J 32I 34H 36G 38FF 40F
32J 34I 36H 38G 40FF

Good to know! Im 2 weeks PO so I wont be bra shopping for another few weeks. I'm a 32 band and live in a small town with limited shopping. All of the DD bras are like 36-44 band size and I just keep thinking there is NO WAY IN HELL those cups are going to fit properly around my 280 implants. This clears up some confusion.

Glad I could help. Cc are the same way a girl who is a 28 band can get DD with let's say a 200cc implant if she were a 28a but a 200cc implant will not give a 38a a Dd cup

I totally agree

Due to a summer as a sales associate in the "Intimate Apparel" department of a store, I had some idea about how similar cup sizes for different band sizes did not equal similarly sized breasts. And on top of that, cups also tend to vary slightly among brands... Additionally, the surgeon I chose told me to focus more on what I wanted to look like and had me try on sizers as opposed to providing him with a particular cup size.

HOWEVER, even with that general understanding, I was a bit in shock when the woman at the bra boutique rattled off my final result after my bra fitting at the 2 month mark. Most of my life I was wearing sport bras or improperly fitted 36B bras so I don't really know what my young adult size actually was. After going up 2 cup sizes while breastfeeding and then the loss of volume after weening, I was measured at 30C, but my cups were really just full of skin. 2 months after my BA with 330cc's?.... I'm a 30 DDD!! Whaaat?!?... Honestly though, my biggest issue with this is that I will often have to special order my bras. Other than that, I'm okay with it. I don't "look like" whatever I would have thought a DDD looked like and since I was trying to get a "believable" size, I'm satisfied. (This is the first time I have actually put it in writing and it is still a bit shocking to see though!)

Yes!! This is something I'm still trying to wrap my head around. Now that I've sized out of my DDD I've had to try and figure out what I am now (the nearest nordys is 45min away so I can't just go and try stuff on as I keep changing). I guess I'm in a G or an H now but seriously don't feel bigger than the average C cup. It's beginning to make me feel delusional and gives me a headache lol. Here's a picture that I found online earlier that's helping me come to terms with my "scary" new sizes. The one on the right in the F looks so small!

Currently have 500HP 32ddd downsizing to 200-250 mods or mod+ in summer or fall 2016 hoping to end up in the C cup range with minimal projection

Sister sizes don't exist for one person, unlike the chart shows. Yes one person can be a 36 C and one be a 34 D and they're essentially the same size, But ONE person cannot be a 36C AND a 34 D as most of the support comes from the band.

Very true but that is why I use my handy Rixie clip so I can buy a 36 band but make it into a 32 I love that thing, then when they have sales and don't have my 32DD/DDD size I can improvise with the sister size and my rixie clip

I don't really have anything intelligent to add, but does anyone remember that bra commercial back in the 80's of 3 very different sized ladies

"I'm a 34B"
"I'm a 34B"
"So am I"

I wonder now if that commercial was false information

This is all why when the PS asked me what size I was currently and what size I wanted to be, I didn't tell him my true size, 32DD. He would've thought I was crazy, haha. I told him I was a B or C and that I wanted to be a DD or more. I think people get too hung up on bra size instead of the look they want.

right! i think we just think like 36D as the same amount of boobs for different women. but its so not true.
http://fullerfigurefullerbust.com/20...ity-bra-sizes/

a women 30F is like a women who is 36D they both have the same "volume of breast" but it doesn't look the same if the 30F woman wants big boobies she is going to have to go to a 30 H or J which sounds Crazy! but its only a 2-3 cup size difference like a 36a going to a c/d
