Pain in Breast While Jogging
I'm about 18 months post-op and overall my new additions are going great! (A-D 457cc )

Recently when jogging I can feel a tightness /pain in the chest over my right breast . It feels like it could be related to the added weight of the implant. I always wear a sports bra when jogging.

I'm worried this could be the start of CC.

Any thoughts or common experiences with this symptom?

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

I had that and had my PS check me out and then went to the chiropractor and got a treatment and it got better.
Then I switched to a Freya sport bra and wear a bra top over that to hold them tight. All better.

Ha! Just noticed we got the same cc's!

What sports bra are you wearing? There are sports bras, and then there are sports bras that actually support your breast, regardless of size! After you've had a BA, you want to protect your investments and keep them perky as long as possible. You should be wearing a bra that supports and reduces bouncing as much as possible when you go jogging. Sounds to me like you might be straining the supporting muscles. With CC, you would notice it whether you jogged or not.
