Weight gain/wanting implant upgrade
Hi everyone- it's been quite a while since I've posted on here! Advice requested. I'd like to upgrade my current implants to a larger size this year. I want to get back to that high and tight look. Since my last augmentation I've gained about 20 pounds. While I'd love to think that I can lost that weight, it has been a struggle. What would you do.....wait (and wait and wait) and try to lost that weight, or just get them done?

Personally, I'd lose the weight. Plenty of sources say you should be +/- 10lbs of your "goal" before an augmentation. The reason is because a portion of the female body fat is stored in the breasts. So if your weight continues to fluctuate, your costly upgrade may be ruined. You may lose that "high and tight" look you had right after surgery. I doubt you'd be happy about that.
