Mild tuberous breast correction without lift?

Any ladies out there who have had their tuberous breasts corrected without a lift? I have mild tuberous breasts with some asymmetry and I have a consult with a surgeon who does transaxillary placement. I am hoping I can avoid any scars on my breasts but am wondering if this can actually be accomplished.

My surgeon said I was borderline between needing a lift and being okay without one. i also had mildly tuberous breasts and asymmetry. He said if I wanted to look good in clothing, I wouldn't need a lift, but that I would probably be happier with my results when nude if I went for one. I am so glad I did! I had a periareolar lift and I don't think the scars are very noticeable at all and will probably fade even more as time goes on. If you are looking to forgo a lift, I would ask your surgeon if they have any photos of cases similar to yours that decided to go with implants only. This would give you an idea of what results they can realistically achieve.

My PS told me I had mild tuberous breasts (I had NO clue what that was until I googled it) and I just had a BA. I barely had any tissue to lift though, so I guess that's why he never mentioned the need for one.

I had tuberous breasts, my PS said my left needed a lift and the right did not. I wish he had done it both sides but Im barely 3 weeks post op so I need to trust him and await the results.

I have a public album that shows my results. I had tuberous breasts and my surgeon recommended no lift, just a large implant. In my case...this just led to a large tuberous breast! I just had my revision with a full anchor lift and now I am in love with my boobs!

I guess I am mildly tuberous as well. I too had no idea what that meant until I googled it. I am not having a lift... just implants. I mean... I don't have much to lift... sooo... Sure hope it will look ok!

I am also just getting implants! I think mine are mild enough that a lift would be unnecessary. When is your surgery?

My surgery was today! It's too early for me to tell much so far... hoping they drop and fluff quickly!
