Large Breast Implants This forum will be for discussing implants that are 700cc or larger. Although 700cc may not seem large to some, they are, generally, considered a larger size.

looking for very large saline expanders

Hi everyone, I'm from germany and currently have saline expanders 950cc overfilled to 1300cc implanted.

My problem is: I want to go a lot bigger, my surgeon is willing to do it, but he says, he can't find any implants significantly bigger than my current ones. So... does anyone know of a company that sells/custom manufactures very large saline expanders? About 3000cc? I don't know if it's really -that- hard to get those kind of implants today (been waiting since february for news from my surgeon) or if he is just stalling me, so he won't have to place them after all or if he just isn't searching hard enough. Would be happy about any advice you could give me, thanks

We had another lady here from Germany who had very large expanders. I'm not sure what the original cc was but she was up in the multiple thousands last we heard. I can't seem to recall her nick though. I'm terrible like that. You should do a search through the archives. I'm sure she could give you some info.

The only german girl that big, that I know of is Beshine. From what I know so far, she doesn't tell anyone what surgeon did the work, nor where the implants are from. I did some search though and found some old chat logs from her fans. Apparently she had 1000cc at first, then 3000cc (both expanders from Eurosilicone) and noone knows where the current ones are from (rumored to be 8000cc, overfilled meanwhile to about 10000cc?).

Problem is: I did some search in the forum here and Eurosilicone seems to have stopped making custom implants above 800cc? What I don't know of is: is that just a limit for silcone implants only or does it affect Saline/Expanders too? Anyone know details?
Similar question: Sebbin seems to go up to 1500cc, Polytech up to 2000cc... again: is this limit for all implants or just the silicone filled ones?
Another company I will ask my surgeon to try is PMT Corp which seems to be making custom implants too. Again I don't know what size? Does anyone have any experience with them btw? Didn't read their name anywhere here as far as I can remember.

Any further ideas/infos would be appreciated. Thanks

Nono it's not Beshine. I figured out who it is, it's user oneof1000. She has pretty big expanders, nowhere near Beshine size though. She is in Germany so might have some advice to share. Looks like she's posted pretty recently so you might want to PM her.

Mentor makes a 2000cc rated saline expander readily available off the shelf. You can overfill it to 3000cc easy.
Hope that helps.

Hi Larken,

My PS says PMT will do custom 2000cc expanders, but they want $4500 each.
That can't be right... What kind of a quote did you get for the Polytech 2000cc expanders?

Is 2000cc the largest expanders you can find?

Dr. Domanskis wrote me that he has found 3000cc expanders. Expanders, aren't permanent tho, and are very temperamental.

Eurosilicone stopped making "custom" silicone implants in April of 2011 the only way to get 3000cc silicone and 3500cc silicone is if you purchase them from someone who had them placed in and has now removed them or from someone who purchased them new just to sell at a very high price for profit.

No because I just had 3500cc saline breast expanders placed in this past November 2014. I am filled up to 2700cc now and am continuing to expand.

No they are not permanent. They come with a 6 month warranty only. They are very thick and uncomfortable and very hard. Mine look like balloons with rocks inside. I can't wait to take them out they hurt so much.

I payed $7,350 USD for my Expanders this past November 2014 too. I payed $20,000 USD for my 3000cc Eurosilicone implants in February of 2015. It's crazy. I still need to have another surgery to even have the 3000cc eurosilicone placed in ((

That sounds about right. Expanders are expensive too unfortunately. Thats why so many girls get discouraged.
