Tips for Brazilian Laser prep
I'm having my first Brazilian Laser session tomorrow. I know I'm supposed to shave prior, but (sorry TMI) I am very hairy and can't imagine how the hell I am supposed to shave my butt crack without ending up in the hospital! Lol Does anyone have any tips?

Here's my prep routine:
shaved the night before (I tried my best but hubby had to do it for me, I had never shaved this in my life, always waxed and I think I would have cut myself)
2 hrs before- 800mg Motrin, Lidocream and saran wrapped
Before I left the house, I did another coat and then I just went to my appt like that wearing the tightest panties I had and then I brought a looser pair for after it was done. (I took it all off in the restroom prior to my appt with baby wipes)
I also brought along a mini ice pack and while she was doing my underarms, I put that on my bikini area and I believe it made a huge difference. The nurse said the ice is much more effective than the lidocream because the laser penetrates deep where the cream does not go (esp my OTC cream)

When I had my first session, I was explicit told not to shave (or wax) at last the last week. They shaved me with a lady shaver, all off, and then marked my wanted "landing strip" with a marker pen. Kind of funny, but it worked out great!

Some places it will cost extra to have them shave it for you. If you r going to one of those places, I suggest to take a squat in front of a mirror and feel ur way carefully. U can also lay down on your back with ur knees up and spreaded and have a mirror in front of you and do it that way.

where I'm going charges extra if you dont shave prior.... I shave about 3 days before so the laser can still see the hair pigment. In order to get the anal area shaved, I use hair conditioner (instead of shaving cream) then I squat and lean forward to do a swipe on each side LOL!
