PORN STAR LIP,,,,!!!! Juviderm advice
Hey all xx
I had 2 syringes of Juviderm in my top lip and after swelling I still dont have the effect I want,,its bigger,,,, but not as big as I want,,,, is Restylane any better for fullness? and if so,, can the 2 different fillers be mixed together? or am I still in need of another syringe of Juviderm,,?
Hopefully you can see from the below pic my results so far,,,,

Maybe its just me but I cant see the pic of your lips. I have heard you can mix, but I have never done it. I had 1 syringe of Restalyne, and I am going back next week for more. For me I dont think my lips look any different. I do know that Restalyne is a larger molecule then Juvaderm, and Perlane even larger molecule then Restalyne. There are a few women on here who know alot about this, one is an injector. So hopefully they can help you more.

I cant see the pic either... But you can definitely mix juvederm with either restylane or perlane. I've mixed everything: restylane+perlane, restylane lipp+perlane and restylane+juvederm last time I did my lips. However, I think perlane alone is the best and I will be going back to that next time I get my lips done!

I sent a FR. Maybe I'll post some pics of my before and after. I am having my lips done again on Thursday. I am gonna ask for Perlane this time in hopes that it lasts longer and looks better. The Restalyne seemed to make very little difference with 1 syringe. I want them fuller. I wonder what the benifits are of mixing the fillers?

Restylane and Juvederm are essentially the same molecular size however the differences are: Restylane has 20mg of hyaluronic acid and fewer cross-links than Juvederm, it's also "gritty" looking under the microscope (this is not felt when its in the skin).
Juvederm is 24mg hyaluronic acid, more cross-linking (increased longevity) and is smooth under the microscope.
Perlane is the "larger molecular size" of Restylane (same thing, larger molecule = binds with more water = more fullness.
Juvederm Ultra Plus is the larger molecualr size of Juvederm Ultra, binds with more water = more fullness.
Yes, it is completely fine to use both products in the same area as it it also fine to layer differnt types of products to achieve the desired result.
2 syringes in the top lip is a lot. I'll have to see your pictures to see what's going on. I'll send a FR to see those.
If you want more fullness, next time go for the Perlane or Juvederm Ultra Plus - you'll probably need less product to get the look you want.
