HELP!!!!!!

BA is scheduled for April 11. Still undecided on overs or unders. Surgeon recommended overs and many friends say under. I donít want to not trust surgeon. Also, husband and I both lift, donít want to complicate results either. Just want the best possible results no matter where they are placed.

Mythological will become famous soon enough
If you lift, I'd highly recommend going with overs. All of my girlfriends that lift have overs and it's been great. It's also a much easier recovery since no muscle is cut into.
So if you really have no real leanings towards either or, I'd go for overs.

This website has a great pros/cons list for both

BUT, if youíre a lifter, id say overs.

I've been lifting for 23 years and have had implants for 24 years. I've had overs and full unders. Both placements have been great for me.

Overs are definitely easier with faster recovery but I do prefer my full submuscular placement despite the mild flex distortion. With overs, rippling was more visible though which was a big problem for me. Still had visible rippling with unders but not as bad. I've recently had another revision (BA #7 with highly cohesive anatomicals to illuminate this issue and so far so good at 3 months post op). I've never lost strength with my full submuscular placement.

I definitely wouldn't recommend partials though where they do cut the pectorals and I've seen too many girls have training compromised in that they have lost strength and some have ended up with window shading where the muscle curls up and they can't do things like pulldowns or chinups.

My surgeon put mine over for that exact reason, because I lift. I have nothing to compare it to though.
