sweating and botox
I started laying out to start a tan and I am worrying because I know working out and sweating will make your botox not last as long. When I lay out I sweat so much, what can I do to not sweat out $500 ?? Lol, any suggestions, I hate spending that kind of money and it go to waste.

Now I could be wrong and am just going off of my own experience here. I have been doing botox consistently for around 2 years. I workout and sweat like a pig, am in the sun all summer at the pool with my kids etc...... My botox has always lasted 2-3 months. Up until this past year it has started lasting around 6 months. From what I have been told is the more consistent you are in getting it routinely, eventually the longer the results. Now I have friends who from day one of getting it have it last 4-6 months and over time it has begun to last 6-7 months.

I just started around 1 year ago, I have read several times that sweating will make the results not last as long, my results seem to last around around 4 months, I was just worried because yes it is not cheap and I want the longest results possible lol. The results seem to last longer each time so that is good news
