Arm lipo & “skinny” lipo

Hi everyone! I’ve been interested in arm lipo and not too many surgeons do circumferential, especially on slim arms. So far in the US I have been recommended Drs Eric Li, Myla Bennett, Kristopher Hamwi. I’m not from the US so I’m open to surgeons in europe and asia as well. Has anyone had experience with this or heard of other drs who can do circumferential arm lipo? If they can fat graft to hips that would also be great but my priority is the arm lipo.

I’ve previously had one round arm lipo, and 1 session of Kybella (decided to use that as a last resort)
