Have any of you ladies ever had a pinched nerve? If so, what area? How did you treat it? Did muscle relaxers work? Physical therapy? Massage?

I think I might have a pinched nerve in my neck. Its pretty painful and limits the range of motion in my arm. Its tingles too. No numbness.

Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

I have had one --- I just waited it out-- took forever but eventually got better refrain from activity

I've done that before and it really helped me to go to a Chiropractor. He adjusted and loosened the joints that were causing the pain (it's all connected as far as your bones, muscles and nerves), and also did muscle stimulation therapy. After going a few times, it really made a difference for me. HTH

I had one two years ago...I didnt do pt, but I dis get some anti-infalamatories and exercises to alleviate discomfort.

If you have a desk job, make sure you get up every few minutes and watch your posture.
