*toas* will become famous soon enough
I irradicated most of my cellulite by eating clean, very little red meat and chicken, using high quality meal replacement protein shakes and vitamins, and weight lifting heavy 3x a week.

NoMoreIBTC:) and sd1987 like this.

I find that eating clean helps me a lot too. Cutting down on alcohol, sodas and working out (I do mostly dynamic exercises)!

I'm with Loopinks and Toas! Clean diet, lots of water and staying active. Personally, The Doctors and Dr Oz have lost all credibility to me. I do beleive they are focused more on endorsements for quick-fix products than encouraging a healthy active lifestyle (I'm sorry if I offended, not my intent, just my opinion)
