on the go workouts?

What do you do different, more or less diet or exercise wise during the holidays? I'm still on travel and I'm up north where its 15degrees below with inches of snow out and not a lot of gym available or outside activity going on. I have no exercise equipment available and wondering how I can do a good "in room" workout. That includes cardio if possible. I'm an intermediate yogi but needing some cardio....any ideas? (No equipment)

Old fashion burpies with a jump at the end will do the work! Try it for five minute spirts....it is tough! No equipment needed and it works a lot of body parts. I also like to dirty dance! It gets your heart rate up!
