How losing 25lbs can look like!
Long story short, bf and I was going through some old pictures in 2011 (before he met me). I was quite tubby. Back then, I didn't think I was tubby... I thought I was fine. But in comparison to where I am right now, I looked tubby! hahaha
Check out the pictures --> HERE
After I broke up with my last ex, I started to work out and became more active. Walked the dog, went to the gym, ate healthier and just took care of myself better. Went from 145 - 120lbs in a couple of months and am able to maintain that weight after one year with a good diet and CrossFitting at least 3 times a week.
But it's not just the tubbiness that I lost... and the boobs
that makes a big difference. It is what I gained from the process. I feel so much more healthier and stronger than I ever did in my ENTIRE life and I love this feeling
Thanks for reading guys! In a sharing mood today =P

There's no better feeling then when you feel happy with yourself. I was in the same boat, that I was big and never noticed I was big until I was small. Im 5'3" and was 190 at my heaviest and went all the way down to 120. Now I'm back trying to lose baby weight and when I work out and eat good I feel amazing about myself. And whe. I have new boobs, I'm going to feel even better! Congrats to you on your weight loss, you look amazing!!

you look good but I don't think you looked tubby before
but i know what it's like to not feel good in your own skin! we are all at a different level of comfort with our weight and I like being toned but thicker, and right now i'm just thicker lol good inspiration! thanks for sharing

You look wonderful!
I too, started eating clean and hitting the gym harder since last February. I've lost 35 lbs and my muscles are nice and toned. My stomach muscles look wonderful and I've even got that V thing going on.
I've lost 35 lbs since the pic of my boobs after surgery in my profile. I will post new ones after my lift revision next month.
Congrats ladies! It feels so much better doesn't it?! I will eat clean the rest of my life. The thought of junk or processed food repulse me.
