I just posted in the BA forum about arnica being on sale at the vitamin shoppe but Aztec Healing clay is also on sale for just $4.04. Yes--all my naturalistas and crunchy (environmentally liberal) ladies out there know what I am talking about! I thought I scored when I bought the pound for $7 dollars back on amazon, but $4 dollars for a pound is unheard of. I just bought a few to give away and one for myself when my current jar is finished. You can google it to read about its benefits (which are multiple). I mix this with bragg's apple cider vinegar and create a mask for my hair and for my face. Seriously, a facial in a jar.
