Both sides of wearing a bra

I happen to be doing some searching on bras and came across a VERY interesting site!

I wont advocate one way or the other but there is food for thought on the site!

Interesting read. I mistakenly thought that wearing a bra would help prevent sagging. It was also interesting to finally hear the "why" of the suspected link between underwires and cancer when they talked about bras (underwires being more restrictive than non wired) impeding lymph flow. I will still have to wear one for working out, covering nipples, going to work, looking fine lol, but I will definitely continue to wear my coobies as much as reasonably possible.

such an interesting article! I also shared that same thought that bras would prevent sag. I wonder if wirefree bralettes are also considered 'restrictive' though? I live in wirefree bralettes and love them - I personally hate underwires but I think its' because of a slight ribcage abnormality (the underwires always dig into my sternum).. I would love it if the bralettes were considered 'safe' since I have a family history of breast cancer (my mother has had it 3x thus far)..
