Have any other Ladies in this group taken Vita Medica? My PS reccomend that I take bromaline and Arnica three days prior to my surgery. I was just curious if Anyone notice less bruising or swelling post op by using this medication

I took and am still taking Arnica, I'd recommend that for sure!
I've also been eating a big bowl of pineapple everyday (yummy) since it has bromelain (most is extracted from the stem but it is in all pineapple). Vitamin A, K, C & Zinc all aid in healing ~ I take a multivitamin and doubled up on my vitamin C before & after surgery.

I have had no bruising, but do not generally bruise to begin with. But yeah , I'd try the ones your doctor recommends
