Bikram/hot yoga

Does anyone do hot / Bikram yoga? I am cleared to start back up with my workouts and i am curious how it was to start back up and should i start slowly or just jump in with both feet first, like i normally do with everything?

Little bump in hopes that someone has an answer. I know I'm. Not the only one crazy who likes to work out in 110 degrees.

Islandgirl76 will become famous soon enough
I love hot yoga and miss it alot. Most of the poses we do (power vinyasa) involves arms and pecs so I know I can't do that yet (3 weeks out). I don't want my implants healing high in my chest. But, I've wondered if I could go to the low impact hot yoga. I think I'm going to call to see if the heat itself presents any danger.

I went to my first class after my BA on Wednesday and it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. i struggled with push ups so i did them on my knees, i also avoided flying crow since i decided that i would just take it easy the first few classes back inot it.
