Thanksgiving has given me some serious hemorrhoid.
I haven't had a constipation that bad since my last BA.
Anyway, I don't plan on getting them removed until I get my 3rd BA. I'm going to get constipated again. In the mean time, I have to do keep applying this cream.
My question is, why do some doctors don't want to remove them????!!! I have them big enough to the point where it's close to my front lady part. I have to wipe excessively. It's very annoying.
Sorry for the
I'm going to get lectured about eating fiber, which I know and do. Just TG messed me up bad.

I've only had one hemorrhoid and it was after the birth of my daughter. Wasn't even vaginal delivery either, so Im not sure what caused it but I feel for you hun!
I honestly didn't even know they could "remove" them, but the topical cream and soaking in a hot bath with epson salt was a god send. Just sending ((hugs)) your way!!

I feel your pain, literally. I didn't even expect this to be a possibility due to my MM. Although for me the cause is different. I'm not constipated but apparently all the swelling from my TT is settling and has pushed them out. I feel like this just adds insult to injury. I've never had hemorrhoids before and this is so uncomfortable! I hope you can find some relief and feel better. I'm hoping they will resolve with time but honestly don't have any experience to compare. This just sucks.

I have a small internal one that flares up from time-to-time and occasionally becomes slightly external. Lol. That just sounds...gross. Anyway, definitely terribly uncomfortable, I can't stand OR sit for long periods of time when mine is giving me grief. I can only imagine what you must feel like with yours!
I think some doctors don't want to remove them because they're known for being normal and I guess the risks of surgery are greater than the inconveniences of just dealing with them. You sound like you have a severe enough case that you should definitely get that addressed, though!
Have you seen this cream? It's supposed to work wonders!

Try icing it.
I had an anal fissure (tear) after becoming constipated. I also have an external hemmroid which flares up occasionally.
I was told to use ice on it to try to shrink it. Not sure if it did much but it provide some relief from the pain.

Thanks ladies. I have to soak in a warm bath tub mixed with apple cider vinegar. I keep reading online that acv brings some relief. Then I'm using witch hazel as a wipe, then aloe vera.
Right now i have this swollen vein on the outside, the size of a kidney bean. This is crazy!

Hemorrhoids are the worst! I once had a thrombosed hemorrhoid (where the there is a blood clot within it) and it was one of the most uncomfortable things I've experienced. I remember doing ALOT of reading about hemorrhoids when I was dealing with that and all of the different types of procedures to remove them. I was definitely expecting to have one of these surgeries when I was waiting to get into the doctor, but when my appointment came she said that its not common to remove them.

OMGGGGGGG. I WANT TO DIE. LIKE RIGHT NOW!!
I have the stupid thrombosed hemorrhoid making my life hell. I'm in misery. This pain is like nothing I've experienced. I'm soooooooo swollen, that it's tough to try to apply or shove something up in there. It's way too sensitive and painful to the touch
Idk what to do!!! It's like stinging little pricks stabbing me and blades cutting through feeling, applied with intense itch, burn, and swelling. It's a party in my a$$.

This one is worse than the last.

I feel like the acv and witch hazel make it worse.
I'm going to try the sitz bath with espom salt and desitin ointment. Buying the ice pack and some supplements online.
I want to diiiiiiiiiiie. Seriously. I cried out on my pillows.

Ohhhh I'm so sorry!
I don't have much advice, but could this be one of those cases where if you mess with something too much in an attempt to "fix" it, it actually makes it irritated and worse?
I wonder if applying ice pack periodically could bring you some relief.

That's what I'm afraid of. Idk what to do. Mine are external. Not sure if that is less complicated than internal surgery.

If it's dinner I would recommend eating as much watermelon as you can, like as a meal. Granted you can easy other things but I promise, you will ...see what I mean. Since I became more of a vehicle and that it's summer I would have watermelon as a lunch. I never realized they had so much fiber till now.

Right now I'm feeling fine, but nothing ever went back into it's place. If you know what I mean. I want to see a specialist in anal rejuvenation. I want it tucked back in, extra skin snipped off, and get it bleached. I'm self conscious about that back there.
It use to be cute. Lol. I'm so embarrassed of it.

::::UPDATE:::: and warning...TMI
I got the sugery done last week. So right now I am 8 days post op. Let me just say that.....
LORD JESUS CHRIST!!! The surgery for this is NO joke.

It is brutally painful and super uncomfortable. I had two skin tags removed. The little one was lasered and the big one was cut off. Mind you, I have no stitches bc the dr said they'll come off anyway. The big one was near my vagina, so I gotta be super careful peeing.
My dr also botoxed my butt hole to relax the muscles and make bowel movement easier while recovering. It is still hell. I'm soar as hell, itching, and stinging. I think my recovery is gonna be between 3-6 weeks. That incision needs to close up!
I'm eating like a rabbit. Mostly fruit and vegetables, with occasional bread and chips. LOTS of water. Coconut oil only to clean in the tub with warm water... it relieves it some.
I don't want to leave the house much. I'm pretty much in bed rest.
After all said and done. Was worth getting rid of that huge skin tag. It made cleaning a hassle and intimacy for me was embarrassing(I'm single).

You should put coconut oil in your tea or coffee, it'll help with stool. Also, take a lot of vitamin C! About 5,000mg to start with then reduce to 2,000mg at least 3 times a day. Vitamin C gets in the tissues and heals. Do you know what caused it?
