Can sclerotherapy be performed on hemorrhoids?

Sclerotherapy can be done for hemorrhoids but this is an old technique. There are many current, minimally invasive and more efficacious methods such as PPH.

Hemorroids are usually treated with banding or hemorroidectomy. Theoretically hemorroids can be sclerosed, but it is not done.

I would recommend being evaluated for IRC. IRC stands for infra red coagulation.
