Does feeling it bother you? Many women can feel their implants, especially if you're very thin with small overlying breasts. Not sure what is causing your pain from this question. If your implants are misshapen or too high, you may have capsular contracture. This can cause pain. If pain is associated with your menstrual cycle, you may just have cystic breasts that swell at that time of the month and it won't help to have your implants revised. You could also have a nerve-type pain that is often described as shooting or burning and sometimes responds to a medication called gabapentin/Neurontin. Hope this helps.

Pain is usually from capsular contracture/hardness. I would revisit your plastic surgeon.

It is common to be able to feel the wrinkles that are often associated with saline breast implants. Pain, however, is a different matter. It may be caused by capsular contracture if your breasts are getting hard. I suggest you see your surgeon. You may need an MRI to get more information than was obtained my the mammogram.
