With your weight, it is not advisable due to the little tissue and thinner skin you likely have. As someone who works out alot, keep in mind the size will definitely weigh heavily on your back and neck and could cause you quite a bit of discomfort. I wouldn't advised going this large nor do I even offer this at my practice.

These aren't available in the US but, in general, extra-large implants are thought to bottom out and overstretch the skin much faster than implants say 500 cc and smaller. You'll likely need a lift over time to take care of the skin excess and you may require mesh support to the fold beneath the breast if you bottom out. Hard to know without an exam. This may be one of those things where you seize the day with the understanding that this will not hold up over decades and eventually you'll need to downsize. Enjoy!

Surgeons who perform the XL breast implants do have to take into consideration many factors (skin elasticity being one of them). It will be a good idea to discuss all potential risks associated with the larger breast implant size.

I have never seen a nice breast that had that kind of volume. You will no doubt be large, if that is what you are going for. If you have elastic skin, it will also tend to stretch out even more.

Thank you for your question. Because it typically takes 200-220 CCs to make 1 full cup size, going with 1,300 CCs would add about 6 full cups to your breasts, which can create major neck/back/shoulder problems, as well as a multitude of problems with your breasts, ranging anywhere from capsular contractures, bottoming out, blowing out the pocket, etc. It is highly not recommended to go with a size that large.

My field of expertise is XL breast implants. Going large or any size depends on my patients wishes. When you do increase your size over about 1000cc, the chances of complications increase, so you definitely need to see someone who is very familiar with these XL sizes.
