Assuming the heat isn't excessive and that you are referring to infrared heat in terms of comfort heating, infrared heat does not penetrate deep enough to affect your implants in any way.

I believe it would have to cause skin blistering before it would affect the implant, and then even less likely if placed submuscularly.

I have PCOS. My left breast never developed properly, and I have to wear a prosthetic every day to look normal. Is there any way to get help with insurance to cover reconstructive surgery to look normal? I have attempted to get this covered in the past, and my surgeon put it through as a variation of Poland Syndrome thinking that could be the issue. I was initially approved for surgery, but then my insurance denied everything when he asked for approval on specifics on what would be done.

Six weeks I had a large fibroadenoma 35 mm+ removed a full lift & 255 cc smooth gummy bears on both sides. It looks like I have a gap & saggy boobs when I lay down. How far across the breast is the implant supposed to go? It seems like it stops an inch or so shy when I’m laying down & almost a little deformed? I can slide the implant back across. Standing up they much like how I expected. How would I address this with my surgeon? Immediate/Wait til four-month checkup? What is the future impact?
