I have 385cc Natrelle Inspira breast implants and they don't look different. Why? I thought they would look nicer and fuller, but instead they still sag and are smaller than I envisioned.
You may have started with different amount of breast tissue on each breast. Submuscular placement may look smaller than you envisioned. Discuss options with your surgeon.

Review your pre-surgical issues with the surgeon to find out where the miscommunication occurred, what his/her recommendations were vs. any limitations that the patient may have held him/her to. In other words, were the physicians recommendations followed?

I'm sorry to here that you are unhappy with your results. I recommend that you discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon after you have allowed enough time to heal postoperatively (approximately 6 months). It may have been a miscommunication between you and your surgeon as to the ultimate size and fullness you expected. You may need a secondary procedure to place larger implants or a breast lift depending on your breast appearance. I'm certain your plastic surgeon wants you to be happy. Please be honest with your plastic surgeon and hopefully your concerns can be addressed at minimal expense to you.

Thank you for your question. It is unfortunate that you are currently not satisfied with your initial outcome, usually it takes 6 weeks to 3 months for your breast skin envelope to grow to accommodate your new implants. 385 CCs is about 1 ½ cup sizes of a difference, so it just may take time for you to see the end result. Implants only magnify the way your breasts look, they do not lift up the breasts. If your breasts were sagging before, it would be common for them to continue to sag. To lift your breasts, that procedure is known as a mastopexy, or breast lift.

You must go back and discuss this with your surgeon.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, without an examination and viewing some goal photos, I would not be able to give you accurate advice. I recommend having a calm discussion with your surgeon and allowing him/her to help you achieve your goals, if possible.

You just need to wait three months and then talk to your PS and see about getting larger implants. Once you have implants in, it is easier to go bigger because you have an idea about your current size relative to the implant you got.

In general, breast implant size change should be over 50 to 100cc for a noticeable difference. A breast lift can help to change the shape and the position of the breast.
